Riding Will Rogers Centennial Trials to Raise Money for Breast Cancer Research!
We had 43 riders and made $565.00 to go to the Hooves for a Cure for breast cancer. The riders were met with a
bright pink registration table and a large pink with black lettering sign with the ride name on it. A couple of black horse
shoes nailed held up the sign. Pink donuts and coffee.
Our walk/trot ride had no mishaps thanks to Ivette Armstrong, Elena April, Richard & Elizabeth Moss, Linda & Curtis
Secrist (another RN in the BGTRC), and Rick and Deb Stowers. We had 8 riders from Kansas and two from Arkansas.
All have said they would be back.
In addition we got a photos taken by the Claremore Progress newspaper reporter who just happened to be bicycling
pass us as they were competing in a local bicycle race. So Deb Briggs I tip my hat to you for a job well done.
God Bless you, Angie
